Associated has long been my go-to for parts when I need to repair an appliance, and they would be the first I call if I need a professional repair done or if I were looking for a new appliance. The big box stores can't and won't stand behind a product like Associated does!

Experienced difficulty having my Frigidaire double wall oven repaired and was referred to Associated Appliance for service. Went to the store and met with Jesse who quickly scheduled the repair. The evening before the scheduled date, I was called and given a 2 and 1/2 hour time window for the repair. The repair technician, Phil, arrived on time, removed the oven from the wall, completed the repair very efficiently, put the oven back into the wall and left the area looking perfect. Could not be happier with Associated Appliance in general and Jesse and Phil in particular. Associated is now my "go to" for any future appliance service needs or new appliances.

The staff actually cares, is honest, they have fair and competitive prices, and are professional. Won't think of going to Lowe's or Home depot for the appliances that they sell.

Associated appliance is a wonderful locally owned store. Prices are the same as large stores but service is personal and you won't be on hold listening to bad music or talking to a bot. They service what they sell even during the warranty period. These types of stores are rare and deserve our support. Make sure to check out this store for service and especially buying appliances. It may be small but it is the best. Support your local business without paying more!!

I have been working with John and Dave Pia at Associated Appliance for over 15 years doing home and condo renovations for my family and my rental properties. I would not go anywhere else. They always have gone above and beyond to help me select, purchase , install and repair all of my appliances. They are not high pressure salesmen. They always try to work within my budget to get the best quality they can for me. They are honest, dependable, and always on time. I would not shop anywhere else, and I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I will never go to a big box store again! After dealing with the professionals here, they are courteous, and willing to help. I was blown away with what they were able to tell me and the good value I got with my beautiful new stove/oven - Nick was awesome and delivered a miracle, when a small problem happened. I will be calling them from now on, with all my appliance needs and repairs!

Someone recommended this store to me and now I know why. John was great to work with and he beat every other stores price before he even told me about the rebates. I went in there for a beverage fridge and double wall oven and after seeing his prices I ended up replacing all my appliance. I was able to get into top-of-the-line Electrolux for the price of base model HD or PC Richards!! I think with Assoc. App. being a smaller store he has access to rebates that larger stores do not. Because of that I got a free Electrolux dishwasher and a rebate check that put me on vacation right now. Thanks John, everything works amazing!!
