Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

I had the E15 error all along intermittentingly during the warranty period but I just reset it with the circuit breaker. Then just months outside the warranty the breaker fix no longer works. See the Electrolux team knows how to apply the reliability bathtub curve to their advantage. No more Electrolux for me.

Complete Disappointment Died after 3 years

cbcacj 6/6/2018

We bought this is in December 2014 and I found out today from a repairman that the cost of the part to fix our induction cooktop is $625 just the part not labor. Our normal Bake option stopped working so we have been using the Convection bake but to fix the normal Bake was going to be over $1000. So we are replacing and I will NEVER buy an Electrolux appliance again. Spent over $3000 for nothing

E15 code strikes again

Laura123 10/5/2017

Well weve had the stove for 6 years. And let me just say that I love the IDEA of an induction range. What I dont love is having to have the range repaired while it was thank goodness still under warranty by the appliance store I bought it from only to have the SAME ERROR return a year later after the relay board was replaced. So let me just save others time and money. Replacing the relay board WILL NOT fix your stove. Either that or the relay board that is installed will probably fail in about a year. Disgraceful I understand that theres new technology on appliances vehicles etc. But this is a $3000 heap of junk. What am I supposed to do with this stove? When Ive gotten rid of appliances before its been because theyre 15-20 years old and have ceased to work properly AND the cost to repair outweighs getting a new one. If I thought a repair might fix this stove Id try. But Im not about to throw another $1000 in the trash. I love induction. I love the power the safety of cooler burners once cooking is finished and the precision. HOWEVER given that I could have bought a brand new $500 stove each year Ive owned this pile of metal Im weighing going back to an old fashioned stove. I certainly dont want to but I also dont want to feel like a chump for buying a newfangled piece of metal to replace this not as new newfangled piece of metal.

We were exited to have a new Electrolux induction range we paid extra money for it but the looks match our new kitchen. E-15 has showed up and has not stop beeping. kskitchen 8/5/2017

Great range when it works. Just assume a few years in its not going to work. Its a little ridiculous to see this many customers having the same issue and Electrolux not issuing a recall let alone offering suggestions like toggling the breaker on and off to fix their design problem. Weve had the same issues off and on and its about time to throw in the towel.

Error 15

Arttie 7/23/2017

What is the fix for Error Code E15. I have read all kinds of review where people have replace boards harnesses and control panels at the cost of hundreds of dollars. We purchased this stove over 7 years ago new from Sears Canada. This Error has been intermittent for the last few years but now it will not go away and the range is useless. The stove still looks great but I do not want to sinking a lot of money and parts into this range and still not getting the right fix.

Fix to the dreaded E15 problem

lm99 7/19/2017

We have an 30 Induction Built-In Range with Wave-Touch Controls. We experienced the dreaded E15 error a few months ago but it disappeared after cycling the power to the range off and on. The problem came back about a week ago. The off-on treatment does not work anymore. I FOUND A TRICK THAT MAKES THE RANGE WORK AGAIN at least until the spare part that I ordered an ESEC UIB will arrive. Symptoms: Constant beeping and the letter E and the number 15 in two of the four cooktop controllers. The cooktop does not work. The oven works OK but the beeping is truly annoying. Solution: 1./ Wait until all four cooktop elements and the oven are cold. The range is probably beeping at this point. 2./ Press the icon that reads 3 control lock for 5 seconds. This icon is just below the oven light icon on the left end of the control panel. You should keep pressing until the letters LOC appear on the central display. 3./ The beeping should stop. The oven door is locked and -- is showing in all four cooktop controllers. At this point you can go to sleep without having the annoying beeps. But wait there is more 4./ Place a pot with a small amount of water onto one of the cooktop elements. 5./ When you want to use the range press 3 control lock again. The LOC sign disappears and the range will wake up in about 5 seconds. 6./ Watch carefully timing is important Place your finger over the on/off symbol of the cooktop controller that has the pot on. At the moment the -- symbol disappears press it firmly. 7./ The range is now working normally. Set the power for your pot to Lo the lowest setting. Keep it on as long as you need the range. The range will keep working normally as long as at least one of the cooktops is active. To switch off the range let it cool off except for the pot with the Lo setting and then switch off that element as well. Most likely the range will start beeping. Use the 3 control lock. To switch it back on start with step 4.

E 15 code

psmith15 7/16/2017

Bought this oven 6 yrs ago when we were remodeling our kitchen. Loved using an induction stove and the options on this oven. Started having an intermittent E 15 code 4 years ago. Now the E 15 code is increasing and we dont have a stove when the code is present. We have been very happy with this oven since our purchase but now to have a stove that is inconsistent with performance and an active family is unacceptable. To pay $3000.00 for a product that has no longevity is disturbing when finding this code is a common problem on many reviews and forums with no known solution. Many forums and reviews state that there is no known fix for the code and it seems to be a costly guess. When working love the induction but the headache that is starting with this unit...I would hesitate buying this unit again.

Quality is a must 6/30/2017

I have had this product for 6 years now. I love the looks the way it works the probe the heating drawer the easy cleaning but I have a bad feeling about the electronics inside. I had to change the control boards at great cost a year ago and today I get the E15 error code. This is VERY dissapointing. Manufacturers need to take more responsibility in what they produce. 1 year warranty on a 3.5K high end product is just a joke. A stove should last you 25 years without any problems. This is either intentional i.e. programmed obsolescence or at best very poor quality control. Plus when I get in touch with the service I am dealing with a third party company not Electrolux directly . My confidence is shattered. I will get through this second repair experience try to get Electrolux to pay for it because if we do not get manufacturers to take responsibility for their poor quality the environment will just explode with their garbage.

A Stylish Chefs Range but utterly unreliable

Darren G 4/30/2017

I am an accomplished amateur chef and cook at a fairly advanced level. I bought this range about 4 years ago along with an Electrolux laundry pair because I was so impressed with both the power and the control of induction cooktop and the precision and evenness of the convection over I did the recommended upgrade to a 50A line to ensure I could use everything at once. The range has impressively delivered all those benefits in spades it allowed me to take my cooking to another level really. But it has also been incredibly aggravating in its unreliability. The E 15 error code started shortly after the warranty ran out. At first it went away with power-off resets then with the control lock-out trick. Now its just constant the beeping is driving us crazy. It ruins dinner parties and wakes us up at night. The range circuit at the fuse box has to be shut off before we go to bed The local techs all know about this unit and basically offer to start replacing expensive electronic control parts but wont guarantee that any of them will fix the problem. So after a mere 4 years I will have to throw this range away. Ill be going back to gas and certainly not buying Electrolux again.

Initially loved induction but packed up in 2 years

Mohamed C 10/9/2016

I bought this Induction range because I loved the idea of induction cooking. It worked great on high heat level but not well at mid range powers. Had this range repaired twice in the first 6 months due to the legs buckling and noisy fans. 2years and 6 months later the induction top made a loud noise and stopped working.Tried resetting the power but the all the induction plates would not function.Had various codes popping up like E35 and E75. This seems like a expensive repair from what I gather from other reviews. So No I would not recommend this range. I thought electrolux was the top quality product. I am mistaken Will not buy another electrolux product because a $3500.00 product lasting only 2+ years.Poor service.

Electrolux EW301S65JS

salakie 12/21/2015

This stove is wonderful.First feature used was the Perfect Turkey - and it was right on - moist tender and ready to eat. My main worry was scratching up the glass top with my cast iron skillets and was told by a representative about silicone mats and wa-la - they worked. So overall I would definitely buy another but they are expensive - the cook surface responds immediately - when it is off the heat is off. The glass surface is still hot though so you still have to take care.

Great when it works but horribly unreliability

edwardp 12/6/2015

Bought it from Lowes in 2011 and love the features and performance but in 2013 we got the E15 error code that many others get check the internet. We were without a range for 2 months while the serviceman ordered and replaced board after board. Fortunately we had an extended warranty that covered the repairs - but we were still without a range for 2 months. Now two years later 2015 - and beyond the extended warranty period - my wife heard a pop and the cooktop no longer works and displays an E31 error. I dont know if its worth getting it repaired since it will probably develop another problem after a year or two. Its unbelievable that a high-end company like Electrolux produces such an expensive but incredibly problematic range that develops a problem every two years..

Sadly Disappointed

MelB 11/5/2015

I know this sounds crazy but I did not use my broiler for 5 years tried to use it and I have a rattle and cannot use the broiler. So I have a 3K oven I cannot use all features on. I also wipe my oven after each use so I did not use the oven cleaning option guess what the one time I tried the door would not lock which means I cannot use the self cleaning portion either. For the hype you get on electrolux you would honestly think you are getting a quality product not so true. Had I constantly used either of these functions I might understand but first time use and it does not work is unacceptable. I hate giving it a poor rating if the items worked I would have ranked it much higher.

CSE123 10/29/2015

When remodeling my kitchen I was excited to put in top of the line appliances and after much shopping. Purchasing what we thought was going to be a wonderful cooking oven and stove model. Shortly after finishing our kitchen my husband passed away and I find I was using the stove unit less as now its just me. After having this unit for less than 2 years the electronic boards have gone out and since I am out of warranty I will have to pay $346 for a new board plus labor The old stove and oven were still working just fine when we decided to remodel the kitchen. Wish I still had to old ones...they just dont make things like they used to Stay away from his model and go with gas Too many things to go wrong with computer boards

The appliance is great in that it comes to a boil almost instantaneously...a far cry from what I had before. The two large cooking elements are in the front and the smaller two are in the back. I wish that I had one of each in the front and in the back. The rack in the bottom oven is nearly half the size of the drawer allowing for one large pan or one small pan.

E15 Error Code

RenaStove 8/27/2015

I bought the range about 4 years ago and about a year ago we started seeing an error code E15. It seemed to go away after leaving the stove for a few minutes however now it is on permanently and have not been able to get it to go off and therefore the stove top does not function. The forums on the E15 error code is very disheartening - some have spent thousands trying to fix it and in the end has never solved it. I came across this web site and one reviewer posted on the same issue but seemed to have found a fix for it. However the information they left was a bit vague. His comment was When I installed it I neglected to remove the ground strap between neutral and the frame 4 conductor wire. Its been a few days and has been behaving itself. Can anyone give me more information on this? Where would I find this 4 conductor wire? Thank you.

Great Stove but Meat Probe failed after 14 months

ron langara 8/26/2015

I bought this in October 2013. We really like its combination of features speed and control. It worked well until December 2014 Christmas day. The meat probe in our turkey set the oven to keep warm after only twenty minutes. I had to remove the probe to finish the turkey. We bought it from Sears Canada with the extended warranty. They sent techs four times. Four times they returned to replace different boards and sensors. Four times it didnt fix it. This was only discovered after having to test it by attempting to cook another roast. The Sears tech just left yesterday after saying it cant be fixed. Today they offered to refund a portion of the extended warranty pro rated for time passed. The other alternative was that they would give us a pro-rated credit for a new range usable only at Sears. This after almost nine months have elapsed with a non-functioning meat probe. I find neither option appealing and am trying to decide what to do. Final analysis: An expensive range like this should last a lot longer that 14 months. When it fails it should be possible for the authorized service reps to repair it.

Time Saver

momlabr 8/7/2015

I have had my Induction range for four years. The induction feature certainly saves time. This is especially helpful when my grandchildren are hungry for their macaroni and cheese When cooking I really like when anything spills onto the cooktop it is easily cleaned. The only hot surface is only under the pan. No burnt on messes For special events/holidays the bottom drawer can be used as a warmer or as an extra oven.

Product support

Dissapointed Bill 7/27/2015

After owning for 1 1/2 years the cook top failed...A range should last LOTS longer than that. the only reason Im giving it any star is because the factory warranty I purchased was effective in getting the product replace.

Love it but needed repair w/in 4years

Janana 7/20/2015

I love the induction top It has allowed me to control the heat while cooking as no other electric stove I have owned. The oven temp has been hard to figure out but adding time or 5-10 degrees seems to help. The electronic controls had to be replaced recently. We purchased the extended warranty glad it was offered even though we did I not have one previously to pay for repair and have it covered for a few more years hopefully not needed. This was an expensive appliance for us during our whole house renovation. Would I get it again? If Electrolux has improved the electronic part so repairs are not needed after a few years I would absolutely purchase again. If improvements were not made I would look into a different brand.

Love the way it cooks but.....

Deb H 7/20/2015

Ive had mine for 4 years now and love the precise control that the stovetop gives for every kind of cooking...the oven is really well sealed and works well also. My only complaint is reliability...a sensor went bad on the cooktop a couple of months ago and it took 2 weeks without a stove to get it fixed. Diagnosis was easy...getting the part and getting the repairman back to put it in was not. He told us the sensors tend to have problems so we bought a warranty ..$400

Possible E 15 fix

Walters 7/18/2015

Ive had this oven for 3 1/2 years. Ive had intermentant E 15 codes corrected by reseting the circuit breaker and can behave itself for months at a time. Recently the E 15 became permanent. When I installed it I neglected to remove the ground strap between neutral and the frame 4 conductor wire. Its been a few days and has been behaving itself. The oven seems to take longer to preheat for the heating element is outside the box. The cooling fan stays on for a while after using the oven. Opening the oven door shortens the fan run time. Oven temperature accuracy test was right on. The induction stove is excellent better than the benefits of gas with the safety of electricity. Clad cookware does hum more so at higher settings but not bad heats fast with nice tempature control especially on lower settings. Old ffashioned cast iron does not hum and new fashioned induction is an excellent combination . Im now a fan of induction.

loving it

mainers98 4/16/2015

Ive own this for about 2 months. I love it. It boils water so fast I now heat my tea water up in a kettle instead of the microwave :- I am using only cast iron enameled cookware and never have to cook anything higher than 5 on the cooktop everything comes out great. Baking is great too. Love the easy sliding racks and dual lighting. My only complain however small is that a couple of times I think Ive left the oven on when it is just the fan cooling down so I second guess myself on whether or not Ive turned it off. It cleans up nice I use the child lock out daily love that too. I dont have any loud noises/bangs like some people have stated. Ive never received an error msg. There is air that blows downward just above where youd put your hands to open the oven door. I dont find it bothersome. Its not forceful but it does blow my toddlers hair if he stands in front of it. All in all we are very happy and hope it lasts a long time because we really enjoy it.

slide-in 30 induction

Tony 1/25/2015

Love the look of the range have not had any issues with dreaded error codes but I did get the F11 when I spilled some water on touch control surface once it was cleaned the range continued to function properly. Have noticed that when baking in bottom oven you may need to reduce baking time or temperature things like cookies pizza seem to bake quicker than large oven. I must say I love that I can boil water in 90 seconds its great to be able to reduce temperature on cooktop and see the results immediately

This range is amazing You can literally watch water boil and its awesome how fast it is. We gave away our water boiler because it was slower by a full minute we timed it. Induction is great instant heat. Touch controls are super fancy and clean looking but easy to use. Stove top easy to clean oven heats up fast. And the whole thing looks great in my kitchen. FYI: You will need an extra little 3 piece of counter top behind the stove if you are replacing a traditional range with rear controls against the wall.

Stopped functioning and was used only once

kh 12/30/2014

We have this in our guest house. It has been used ONCE to keep food warm in the oven. It suddenly started beeping non-stop and shows an E-15 error code. I now have to schedule a repair and waste time on a product that weve never actually used

Electrolux Induction

DebPrk 12/30/2014

The cooktop is NOT the same as the electric top. This has only 4 burners and the electric has flexible elements. That said this is a WONDERUL range. Ive had it 2 months and have baked roasted fried sauted everything comes out perfect. Perfect turkey mode: wonderful turkey for Thanksgiving as well as two chickens for another meal. Used the probe for a rolled stuffed pork roast which was excellent. Bottom oven has been a bit tricky...used it for pizzas and stuffing only. May be the small heat area which makes for either intense heat or not enough heat...thats going to require some more experience on my part. Because of my husbands bad eyesight hed been burning food on high when he thought he had it on low. Here the LARGE display numbers keep exact heat. Timer mode is a great feature for cooking while were at work...dinner ready when we get home Nice oven racks pull out easy. Cooktop level is a bit high but cleans easily w/ Wieman Cooktop Wipes paper towel. BEAUTIFUL
