This unique 4 section fridge fits our lifestyle perfectly! Totally solves the problem of never having enough storage space in the refrigerated section, and having to dig for everything in the freezer section. Since we have extra freezers in the house, it was no problem consolidating the freezer items we need in the kitchen to the dedicated freezer section in the bottom right of this fridge. We set the bottom left flex space to refrigerator temp, which holds lots (including tall milk and juice bottles on a roll-out shelf), and frees up tons of space in the main upper fridge. Having everything in the lower sections organized in bins, drawers and door compartments gives quick and easy access to everything- we'll never have to dig again! It runs quietly, makes nice ice, and works as expected. Very happy with our purchase.

I drink water with ice everyday so it was important to have a refrigerator that has both air and water filtration. I live in a hot climate but don™™t want to use any bottled water. To be able to fill my personal water bottle anytime is great and, the carbon filter makes the whole refrigerator fresh and clean. Plus you have the 4th door that can be an extra freezer area or wine chiller with a push of button on the door. The drawers can be configured many ways to accommodate your groceries, for the size of bottles cartons etc as you need. I feel that this fridge fits my life not the other way around.

Overall: This refrigerator is really nice!

I really like this refer and would not hesitate to buy it again. The pro™™s outweigh the con™™s and Frigidaire, according the my appliance repair guy, is a less complicated unit to repair than Samsung, LG, etc. as well as the fact that parts are easier to obtain. This is a very nice refrigerator.Pros: - The top two doors are ™self-closing™ once they reach within 6™ of the closed position. With this feature, I can swing them in to close and turn my back knowing they will actually close. The lower two doors do not have the ™self-close™ feature; just the opposite in fact. There is a bit of tension as you near the closed position, so you must push them closed to insure they are actually closed.- The refer drawer tracks are shaped such that the interior drawers also have a ™self-close™ effect. When you push them in to close, once they are within a few inches of the closed position, the curvature feature of the drawer track takes over and the drawer ™self-closes.™ This is, again, a nice feature because you do not have to worry if the drawer is closed all the way. - I like the four individual doors so that you are not exposing the entire refer or freezer space at any given time unless you choose to do so. You can open just one door to grab what you need while only exposing that particular space vs. the entire frig or freezer area. - I love the ability to customize the shelves and bins in the refer. This allows for the exact type of space you need for what you store in the refer, which differs for everybody. It is a very versatile feature. It also makes better use of the cu ft area such that this 21.5cu ft refer seems almost as large as the 24.5cu ft refer it replaced. - The LED lighting is very nice; it is super bright in every area of the refer and freezer. - The snack zone areas under the refer drawers are a nice feature. Not very deep, but I can fit individual cubes of butter, as well as small bottles of super glue (which extends their shelf life). - The Flex-Zone is a really nice feature. I use both bottom compartments as a freezer, but it is nice to know that I can change up the temp on the left side compartment if needed. - The pull-out feature of the freezer shelves and drawers is a very nice attribute. I do not like the single pull-out freezer drawer that most refers have; I much prefer this door style with the pull-out shelves and drawers; it makes retrieving items much easier. The ability to turn the left side freezer shelves over to change their function is a nice feature as well. Cons:- Not necessarily a ™con,™ and though the S/S surface does do a bit better job in repelling fingerprints than the older style S/S facades, it is hardly fingerprint ™resistant.™ Finger/hand prints transfer quite easily. The upside is that you can use a finger to grab an inside door bin and swing the door closed. Because of the aforementioned ™self-closing™ aspect of the upper doors, you do not need much pressure on the bin to close the door. This keeps from having to touch the front of the doors which reduces prints. The lower freezer doors can be closed using the top notch in the doors, so this also reduces the need to touch the face of the doors and thus reduces fingerprints. The facade does, however, seem to clean-up easier than my old S/S refer. - The freezer drawers, while fairly spacious for a 21.5cu ft space, don™™t pull out far enough to maximize the actual drawer space. In other words, a 10lb bag of frozen chicken breasts from Costco will fit in the drawer, but fitting them through the opening of the drawer is a challenge because the drawer does not open far enough to expose the entire space of the drawer. This requires manipulation of the frozen contents of the bag to fit it in the drawer. Once in, the bag fits and drawer closes just fine. - The water dispenser is slow in dispensing water. To make matters worse, the design of the dispenser will not allow for the ability to use the weight of the container to fill unattended. You must hold the container to fill. My old refer water dispenser was faster and I could place a glass against the dispenser paddle and leave it to fill while I multi-tasked. I do not like having to stand there to hold the container and wait for it to fill™"slowly at that. - Finally, indicative of most products produced today (they just don™™t make ™em like they used to!), the S/S door panels are thin. Such that in a couple areas, they show very, very slight crease indentation™"mainly on the door with the water/ice dispenser. I believer this is a function of the door build, such that the dispenser mechanism attached to the inside of the door creates the slight, barely noticeable indentation/creases. This is definitely not a shipping/delivery issue; it is most definitely a build issue, which is why it™™s barely noticeable and not worth returning the entire refer, as a replacement would more than likely have the same issue. It is not a deal killer. I believe this is probably an issue with most refers on the market as they are all made so cheaply, regardless of how much you pay. In my research, I was equally disappointed with high-end refers that were twice the retail price of this unit. Overall, I am very pleased with the design, look, and function of this Frigidaire refrigerator. I would definitely purchase again.

All the freezer shelves pull out for easy storage. The water/ ice feature is a definite plus and works perfectly.I just remodeled my whole kitchen and purchased all new Frigidaire. appliances. I™™m extremely impressed by the quality,features and functionality of my new appliances. I do wish that inside door panel shelves were deeper to fit larger items. Love this no handle refrigerator was able to have a bigger refrigerator without the handles. Really enjoy the optional freezer/ beverage storage. Finish is NOT fingerprint proof. Really needs to have a drip-pan for the water/ice dispenser. The adjustable shelves are difficult to move; the top two are secured together for some reason and I really wanted to move those a bit. I bought this particular model because its description sounded like I would be able to modify and adjust until it fit the way it would work best for us and that had not quite been the case - close, but not quite. Also, could use another couple of door shelves in the freezer area. Have only had it a couple of weeks and still getting used to it after having the old one for over 24 years! Really want to love this one :)

So happy with this fridge so far. While listed as smaller cu ft than our previous one, it seems to fit more food in a much better layout. The functionality of the 4 doors is amazing. In general, i do not like bottom freezer options, but this one with the pull out drawers in the bottom freezer makes it so easy to access. Would highly reccomend.

My counter depth refrigerator is quiet, efficient and has great lighting! I™™m very pleased. It has a butter keeper, which many models have opted not to do any longer. Great sized veggie bins and door shelving. I love the 4th door. and am using it like a freezer. Having to option to unlock and switch it to refrigerator space was a huge plus. I also like the door programming and like option to set the 4th door. It has the water filter and air purifier so set up was easy. Fits perfectly, looks great in my kitchen.

Overall, we like this. Pros: 4 doors is nice. Customization of the bottom left compartment. Better clearance than other refrigerators with the door hinges. Cons: it's small. We have another "plain" fridge/freezer that we can use for overflow. Otherwise we'd be way short on space. We had to get this one though because the space in the kitchen was just too tight. We have also had some minor issues with the water/ice dispenser. Hopefully it isn't a long term issue. We'd probably buy the same one again. Just limited options in the size and with the type of minimal clearance door hinges we needed.

There are very few options for four door, water/ice through door refrigerators. We drink a lot of water, so water through the door was a requirement. We bought this sight unseen on Lowes.com and it checks every box needed. After owning for a few months we have enjoyed the versatility of the shelves, option of the lower door being a refrigerator or freezer, and the fingerprint proof finish. All-in-all, a great purchase.

Great features, attractive, but a major design issue

I love this refrigerator, but have one major beef with it. There are a couple of "snack" drawers in the bottom which seem like a good idea, however, if ANY liquid leaks it goes down in the cracks around the snack drawers and you can't get them out to clean it. We had an issue with fish juice leaking and the refrigerator has smelled fishy ever since.

Great for our needs

I chose this model and style because of the ease of access to the freezer and the ability to switch to fridge/freezer on one side. My main complaint is the surface - it says fingerprint proof but that™™s definitely not the case. Everything leaves a print, and it™™s hard to remove. Maybe they can add extra option to choose the door colors/material!

I'm enjoying my new refrigerator. I love the water and ice dispenser. The two does for the freezer and refrigerator help me keep things organized and handy.

Multi function wine cooler, fridge or freezer

Love the 2 separate freezers with drawers so things don™™t get ™lost™ at the bottom or have to dig to find things. The temperature of one of the freezers can actually be adjusted to use as extra room for refrigeration or even wine cooler.

We have had this for a couple of weeks and so far I am very happy with the decision. I love the 4 doors instead of a large drawer for a freezer which would take up so much space beside my kitchen island when opened. I also really appreciate that the unit is not divided equally, so one side of the freezer is larger allowing for bigger items like casseroles or pizza. You do lose some capacity with a counter- depth, so we will probably use the convertible section for refrigeration which more than makes up for the lost space. We do have and garage refrigerator/freezer, so that works well for us.

Different design, but LOVE IT!

Always hated falling into the bottom freezer of my French 3 door Refrig/Freezer. Along comes this 4 door model from Frigadaire, and i am in organiztion heaven. Flexible cooling/freezer or even a wine cooler, lots of deep door pockets, SLIDE OUT SHELVES/drawer in freezer, runs quiet, run don't walk to get this one!

I love my Frigidaire Gallery Quad! It is cabinet depth and still has tons of room. I love that the bottom freezer is not just a big deep drawer that you have to dig through. Instead it has shelves and drawers, and still holds more than what I store. This fridge also looks beautiful in my kitchen.

The flexibility of this refrigerator is incredible. Changeable, adjustable and moveable shelving is a huge game changer for storage needs. And the flexibility of the one freezer side is the best part!
